Jeffrey has over 30 years experience prosecuting and defending and has appeared in countless cases and courts.
In 2003 he published a text book on Sexual Offences and since then has been involved in a large number of cases involving such allegations.
He is a Grade 4 prosecutor on the CPS List of Approved Advocates and is regularly briefed to prosecute large and complicated cases, including frauds, murders and serious sexual offences

Notable Cases
- R. v. Bone (Lewes CC) which involved a large scale fraud involving many investors seeking to invest in a revolutionary NHS software package
- R. v. Orhon (Kingston CC). A case of 2 Attempted Murders and 2 s.18 Woundings when a man randomly attacked four women in a supermarket car park.
- R. v. Chambers & Others (Guildford CC). A case in which three men defrauded a pensioner of £300,000 by doing work on her house which was not required. The Co-defendants were alleged money laundered of that money.
- R. v. Barnett (Old Bailey CC). A case in which a 19 year old youth kicked and stamped a pensioner to death.
