Sarah Taite obtains acquittal in serious sex case

Sarah Taite, instructed by Old Bailey Solicitors, achieves a unanimous acquittal of her 17 year old client, charged with rape of a woman, after a six day trial.  The case was complicated by the fact that the incident was videoed by a third party, the Prosecution alleging that this showed that the woman was unconscious at the time.
