Repeatedly praised for his approachable manner, Jordan is keen to ensure every client understands every step in proceedings to ensure good working relationships are developed with people of all ages and backgrounds.
He has been instructed in cases of serious allegations against children and has received commendation for his careful preparation and sensitive handling in these matters.
Jordan both prosecutes and defends in a range of criminal matters and has experience in the Magistrates Court, Youth Court and Crown Courts across the South East.
He has appeared in cases involving allegations of violence, sexual offending, fraud, theft and driving offences. In addition to his CPS prosecution work, Jordan has been instructed by the Environment Agency, the Home Office, the Probation Service and the Police. He has also undertaken work as a disclosure junior in cases raising complex issues of, amongst others, Legal Professional Privilege and Public Interest Immunity.
