Ben was called to the Bar in 2021 and joins chambers from a Family and Civil set.
Ben specialises in private children work, domestic abuse, non-molestation and occupation orders, and all matters in relation to family finance.
Ben brings a calm demeanour and uses his client care skills to reassure and help advise clients throughout proceedings. Ben brings a pragmatic approach to matters throughout all stages of proceedings to ensure an appropriate outcome for his clients.
Private Law
Ben represents clients throughout private law proceedings from the initial stages until final hearing. Ben has represented clients in all aspects of private law including, but not limited to, sexual abuse cases, enforcement, contact and residence issues.
Family Finance
In addition to his children practice, Ben deals with all aspects of family finances. Ben has been instructed on cases dealing with all levels of money. Further, he has dealt with issues of enforcement, competency and evading service.
Injunctions
Ben also deals with matters within the Family Law Act 1996. Ben is regularly instructed for both sides either contesting or pursuing orders against the other. Ben has been instructed in final hearings to do with both non-molestation orders as well as occupation orders.
