Nicholas Hamblin has been a member of the independent Bar since 1981.
He is a well-established senior junior counsel who has been a leading junior in many high-profile cases. He accepts instructions involving all levels of crime, both privately funded, and funded by Legal Aid.
Although Nicholas is now a Defence only advocate in criminal matters, he does accept instructions to act for either party in Regulatory, Licensing or Animal welfare proceedings.
