Ben has a busy financial remedy practice and is frequently instructed on complex matters including (but not limited to) division of assets, pension, death upon divorce and enforcement.

Child Arrangements
Ben has represented clients in all aspects of private law including (but not limited to) sexual abuse cases, enforcement, contact and residence issues.
Ben has a particular interest in parental responsibility (PR) and has successfully acted for both sides for either revoking PR or applying for PR. Ben has written several articles on this topic.
Ben is also frequently instructed in relation to specific issue and prohibited steps orders, as well as non-molestation orders and occupation orders. Ben has experience in change of schools, holiday, enforcement and change of name applications.

Ben continues to push the use of NCDR to ensure that matters can be dealt with quickly and robustly to ensure the right outcome for his client.
