This case concerns a nine-year-old boy. Since his parents’ separation, the majority of Reuben’s young life has been consumed with four different sets of court proceedings.
The case has issued which widen slightly post PTR, being; Whether there should be a change of residence, What time Reuben should spend with his non-resident parent, whoever that may be, What school Reuben should attend, What phone and/or video calling and/or messaging should be permitted when Reuben is with the other parent and Whether there should be a s.91(14) order.
