Elizabeth Isaacs KC MCIArb and Elissa Da Costa-Waldman MCIArb both provided talks at East Sussex Resolution’s first Family Law Day, at the Amex Stadium, Brighton.
Liz spoke on ‘Modern Families’ and provided an update on surrogacy cases. Liz also chaired the Arbitration NCDR session.
Elissa provided the Children and Finance case law update, as well as chairing the Mediation NCDR session.
