This in person seminar took place in Chambers and saw Verity Eunson-Hickey, Chair of West Sussex Resolution and Associate Director of Tisshaws with, Jodie Cudworth, provided a talk ‘Lessons and Reflections from a High Conflict Parental Alienation Case’
Catharine Langley, also provided a separate talk “Why is it important to make the most of a DRA hearing?” which touched upon purpose, Structure and approach with a clear plan of action when dealing with DRA Hearings.
