Elizabeth Isaacs KC MCIArb provided a talk on Modern Families: tips for preparation in private law cases to members of East Sussex Resolution at their AGM and Breakfast Training morning at The Harbour Hotel, Brighton on 26 November 2025.
Liz’s talk provided insight and guidance on several topics including, what is meant by the term Modern Families? As well as what changes have taken place in family structures along with welfare aspects and case law.
