Financial Remedy

Trina is continually instructed on high net worth cases that demand complex financial analysis and cases involving undisclosed assets and pensions.

Trina is also instructed in financial applications involving children.  These include cases pursuant to Schedule 1 Children Act 1989 and between former co-habitants pursuant to the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.

Child Arrangements

Trina is also regularly instructed in child arrangements cases. Trina has expertise in dealing with cases that include coercive control, specific issue and prhobited steps, as well as parental alienation.

Trina is also keen to support law students.  She regularly judges moots and gives talks about the legal profession to schools and universities.
