Nicholas Hamblin has been a member of the independent Bar since 1981.

He is a well-established senior junior counsel who has been a leading junior in many high-profile cases.  He accepts instructions involving all levels of crime, both privately funded, and funded by Legal Aid.

Nicholas has been instructed on behalf of many Defence solicitors in London and the South East, as well as being on the highest grade listing of the Attorney General list and Grade 3 for the Crown Prosecution Service.  He is ranked in legal editorials as a specialist in white-collar crime.

Although Nicholas is now a Defence only advocate in criminal matters, he can act for either party in Regulatory, Licensing or Animal welfare proceedings.
