Westgate Chambers’ Linda Taylor is currently the chair of the Private Law Committee of the Sussex Family Justice Board.  It is a post that underlines Linda’s reputation as a leading Family Law specialist.

Linda has long been regarded as a ‘powerhouse’ locally.  Her extensive experience of complex cases involving Private Law Children disputes with issues of Coercive control, Parental Alienation as well as general child arrangements and cases with strong international elements suggest the match is an excellent one.

The Sussex Family Justice Board represents professionals involved in the Family Courts and family justice in East Sussex, West Sussex and Brighton and Hove.

It is a subsidiary of the National Family Justice Board, a highly regarded national body that works tirelessly and collaboratively across all regions in the UK to improve the performance and efficiency of our family justice system.

Their website contains a raft of resources designed to help, support and inform family lawyers at every stage of their career.  They also run a series of educational events throughout the year to supplement their member’s ongoing personal development.

Providing the chair of the Private Law Committee is yet another local legal initiative Westgate Chambers are proud to be at the forefront of.
