On 7th November 2024, Westgate Chambers’ Sarah Taite has been invited to provide a talk at the British Society of Paediatric Radiologists‘ Annual Conference at Burlington House, London.
Sarah’s talk ‘Experts – A Message From A Family Barrister’ will touch upon legal frameworks, the duties of an expert, transparency and giving evidence. It will be part of the morning session, ‘Suspected Physical Abuse’ chaired by Joy Barber. Sarah will speak alongside, Sir Andrew McFarlane, President of the Family Division, Adam Oates, and Professor Amaka Offiah.
