Sarah is regularly instructed on cases with an international element as well as cases that involve coercive control and parental alienation.
Prior to being called to the Bar, Sarah qualified in Mental Health nursing. This means Sarah is highly adept at sensitively handling people, including those with mental health, social or communication difficulties and is particularly skilled in guiding vulnerable clients and their families through every stage of their court proceedings.
Sarah has specific expertise in cases involving:
- Non-Accidental Injuries and Death of children
- Fabricated and Induced Illness
- Mental health and/or children with Autistic and other developmental disorders
- International issues
- SGOs/Grandparents
- Parental Alienation
- Coercive and controlling behaviour and domestic abuse
Direct Access
Sarah also accepts instructions under the Direct Access Scheme, and therefore is able to represent clients directly on cases that are suitable.
