Rebecca is a Family Law specialist, who accepts instructions in both Private Law and Care Proceedings.

Before returning to the Bar, Rebecca worked with educational and healthcare specialists, including teachers, speech and language therapists and educational psychologists, to achieve positive outcomes for children.  

Her work involved teaching children with developmental language disorders and assisting them to learn and communicate and this experience has provided her with an excellent ability to communicate sensitively and offer support to parents.  Rebecca is also known for how well she gels with clients and for the clear and practical advice she provides for them.

Care Proceedings

Rebecca accepts instructions to act for parents, children via their Guardians, grandparents and intervenors. Rebecca has specialism in dealing with cases involving, Non-accidental Injury, Fabricated or Induced illness, sexual and or emotional abuse and chronic neglect.

Private Law/Child Arrangements

Rebecca’s focus is on cases that involve parental alienation and hostility, coercive control and where contact has broken down.
