Sarah Taite was the special guest speaker at GoodLaw Solicitors‘ Learning Lunch at their Hove offices on 10 July.

Sarah’s talk entitled ‘Vulnerable parents within the Care system (Neurodiversity)’ provided top tips on what lawyers can do to assist their neurodiverse clients and what can be done to sign post or help clients.

Sarah then discussed the importance of assessment within proceedings and the potential impact of a diagnosis, as well as the  Autism Act 2009 and the Equality Act 2010 and the associated supporting case law.
