Sarah Taite recently represented the mother in care proceedings at The Royal Courts of Justice, relating to two children and brought by a local authority.
Following brief submissions by Sarah, indicating that the mother did not wish to pursue an Intermediary Assessment application but sought to adjourn it generally to be restored if an evidential base for it was established, The Honourable Mr Justice Williams found in favour of the mother and allowed the adjournment.
Sarah was supported in the hearing by Emma Taylor, Partner at GoodLaw Solicitors.
A comprehensive breakdown of the findings of the hearing can be referred to here.
