We are delighted to welcome Joshua Hazelwood as our latest Door Tenant. Joshua, who was called to the Bar in 2015, joins Westgate Chambers’ Family team and specialises in Public Law Children and Financial Remedy.

In Financial Remedy cases, Joshua frequently handles matters concerning military pensions, medium to large asset bases, Section 37 Applications, and TOLATA work. His extensive experience spans all stages of proceedings, including cases in the High Court involving serious neglect, physical and emotional abuse, non-accidental injury, and those with International Elements. Joshua also accepts instruction in cases involving the Official Solicitor and retains his tenancy at St Mary’s.
