Westgate Chambers specialist family team have been invited to speak at West Sussex Resolution’s AGM on 4th November.
Registration at 9am with tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival, followed by lunch and access all areas racing from 12:30pm and the last race is at 4:00pm
In addition to an update from Resolution’s Equality and Diversity Committee Westgate Chambers’ Trina Little, Ayisha Robertson and Cerys Sayer will be covering specific family law topics.
Trina will speak on TOLATA applications and ‘The Bank of Mum and Dad’.
Ayisha will speak on “Implacable Hostility” and how it can it be overcome.
Cerys will be speaking about parental alienation and, in particular, offer some helpful and practical tips on how best to present cases involving parental alienation in court.
This event is open to Resolution and non-Resolution members and the cost to attend is £110 inc. VAT for members or £130 for non-members.
This includes access to Resolution’s private hospitality suite, access to winning post, the parade ring and the winners’ enclosure as well as race cards and complementary parking
