This week Trina Little and Ayisha Robertson of Westgate Chambers’ specialist Family Team, spoke at East Sussex Resolution’s AGM at The Grand Hotel (Eastbourne).

Trina Little’s session looked at how case law can help us argue that future earning capacity, bonuses and inheritance prospects are relevant for a financial settlement while Ayisha Robertson presented a psychodynamic perspective on sibling relationships covering assessment, care planning and contact.
