Jonathan has over 25 years’ experience and is regularly instructed in both Child Arrangements and Public Law cases.

Public Law
The focus of Jonathan’s work has been to act on behalf of vulnerable parents who may have a complex range of issues including poor mental health, substance misuse and learning difficulties.
Jonathan has represented parents in proceedings where there are allegations of serious domestic abuse, sexual abuse or neglect.

Child Arrangements
Jonathan's extensive adversarial skills developed for jury trials have been highly sought after in Family law where his expertise has been deployed to excellent effect in the cross-examination of expert, professional and lay witnesses alike.
He is frequently instructed in cases where there is a conflict between adult family members concerning contact arrangements.
