Greg Johnson and Scott Sharp provided training to Weightmans Police Law Team on Disclosure with Family Proceedings.

The training took place in Chambers, as we welcomed 10 attendees from Weightmans, including Partners Hannah Walsh and Daniel Rutherford as well as Principle Associate Melanie Lee. They were joined by Associates, Jack Horlock and Chris Wilkinson along with Holly Springett, Philippa O’Donnell, Anthony McKen, Ravi Thatai and James Farrell.

Greg spoke on ‘Family Court: How to handle requests for disclosure when acting on behalf of the Police’.

Scott spoke on ‘An introduction to the Family Law and Courts: practical tips and guidance’.
