Trina Little, Laura Buchan, Cerys Sayer and Scott Sharp from our Family team recently delivered a very full but informal training session for our clients, Gaby Hardwicke Solicitors are their offices in Bexhill.

It was great to see their whole Family Team (Debra Frazer, Giles Robinson, Kate Scott, Jessie Hansford and Nadia Winn) in attendance.

Trina spoke on how to deal with business assets during a divorce, Laura explained how to tackle spousal maintenance when cryptocurrency is involved, and Cerys provided an update on TOLATA issues and best practice.
