The 2024 editions of Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 have just been published. We are very proud to say that both Westgate Chambers and many of our members have been ranked in both the Family and Crime listings.
In the Legal 500, Westgate Chambers is ranked in Tier 3 for Family: Children And Domestic Violence and Maria Hancock received a notable mention. In addition, Sarah Taite and Amanda Clarke were ranked in Tier 4 in the same section.
Trina Little meanwhile was also ranked in Tier 4 for Family: Divorce and Financial Remedies.
We are grateful to our referees for taking the time to provide such wonderful feedback. The quality of work and our commitment to providing an excellent level of service, that all at Westgate Chambers provide to its clients, continues to see us grow in these and many other areas.
In Chambers & Partners, Westgate Chambers is ranked in Band 2 for Crime.
Individually Richard Barton, Sarah Lindop, Beverley Cherrill were all ranked in Band 2 while Jeffrey Lamb, Tayo Adebayo and Nicholas Hamblin were ranked in Band 3.
Chambers & Partners also ranked Maria Hancock in Band 3 for Family: Children.

These accolades follow the exciting news that our Clerking Team has been nominated as a finalist for Clerking Team of The Year in Lexis Nexis’ Family Law Awards. We will find out if we have been successful in terms of that nomination on Monday the 27th November.
